How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Something go wrong? Please tell us. Hopemuscle Pest Control wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How your call or contact with Hopemuscle Pest Control went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to bring it to the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Hopemuscle Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in California.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@hopemuscle.garden and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, in plain words, and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
